We were tasked with creating a t-shirt inspired by RuPaul’s Drag race winner, Shea Coulee. It didn’t matter the design of the shirt, the only requirement was that we work with knitted fabrics to expand our knowledge of how fabrics act when cut sewn together. I started by sketching basic T-shirt and making small alterations and then larger alterations. I wasn’t too enthused about most of the design until a happy mistake during peer reviews.
